Washington, D.C. – Congresswoman Jane Harman (D-Venice), Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and a host of local leaders and groups will rally in support of Measure R 30/10, the Mayor’s plan to accelerate taxpayer-approved transit construction projects. If funded, the projects will create more than 165,000 construction jobs and 2,800 permanent maintenance jobs over the next 10 years.
