John Semcken is the senior development partner responsible for the development of a 600-acre property for a new National Football League Stadium in the Los Angeles region and an NFL-themed entertainment mixed-use development containing nearly 2.9 million square feet of team facilities, medical, retail and office uses. Taylor Talt is a project executive, working with a small group of principles to bring an NFL team back to the Los Angeles region. In this role, Talt oversees major aspects of the NFL project including marketing, public relations and project development.
